This new Meizu Phone has a second screen on its back!
The need to constantly look at our phones is plaguing humanity. No matter, what place, what time, the moment our phones buzz, it is a call for action that we can seldom avoid, much to the irritation of the people around us.
Meizu took note of this issue, and there solution to the problem sounds hypocritical: Add another screen to the phone.
Yes, you heard it right. Meizu's latest flagship, the Meizu Pro 7 comes with a full color secondary screen which covers a part of the phone's back. It can perform nifty task like displaying our messages, notifications, weather, fitness activity and much more. Basically, it brings a lot of stuff to the phone's back for which you would normally have to open up your phone, thus, arguably saving your time and keeping you away from distraction.
The best part about this secondary screen is that it also acts as a viewfinder for the back camera, thus allowing the company to put one good camera on the mobile, rather than entering the race to make the friend camera more powerful for selfie enthusiasts.
This isn't the first attempt at a dual screen mobile. Some of the prominent examples from the past are the Yotaphone, with an E-Ink back panel, and Samsung's edge display.
